Clients may draw upon our knowledge of the marketplace in preparing offers.  We provide candidate information in order to assist in making the best opportunity for both parties.

References
Reference checks are completed with the most recent employers and information presented to you immediately.  Additional background and educational checks can be requested along with drug testing for additional fees.

Follow up
Once a candidate starts, we continue to follow up with both the client and the employee to evaluate performance, satisfaction, and achievement so as to ensure a smooth transition into the new relationship.
