telephone, written, and personal
behavioral methods matched against
the profile prepared during the
Preparation Phase. Candidates must
meet B3 benchmarks
in both knowledge and character
evaluations and show evidence of
past performance from their work
history.
Feedback
Communicating with
you constantly is the foundation of
our partnership. You are updated on
the status of our search regularly
in order to keep you involved in the
process. Potential candidates who
successfully pass the screening
process are presented with
documentation of our evaluation.
Interviews
Arrangements are made
for candidates to meet with you
and/or your staff. Feedback is
requested of all participants.
